Ingesting the worlds data and work without compensation or attribution is at the very least, controversial. The individuals who do not approve of their work being consumed in this manner are not presented with the choice to opt out, nor do they have the means to prevent it. The legal system is outdated, beyond expensive, and designed with implicit bias.
